2. Users
Access to and/or use of this Velodrom Municipal d’Horta portal grants the condition of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Terms of Use stated herein. These conditions shall apply independently of the General Contracting Conditions that may be mandatory where applicable.

The trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, and texts included on the website http://www.velodrombcn.cat are part of the intellectual and industrial property of Velodrom Municipal d’Horta or its collaborators and may not be reproduced, used, or represented without the express authorization of Velodrom Municipal d’Horta, under penalty of legal action.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
Velodrom Municipal d’Horta shall not be held liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may arise, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to prevent it.

6. Modifications
Velodrom Municipal d’Horta reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it considers appropriate to its portal, including changing, removing, or adding both the content and services provided through it, as well as the way in which they are presented or located on the portal.

7. Refund Policy
Reservations may be cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, counted from the reservation date.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
